Our Story De Reiskocher was opened for the first time on 23rd of August 2020, as the first Indonesian food truck in Luxembourg. It has been a dream of Tita and Sylvain to present authentic Indonesian food with a touch of Luxembourgish taste. Tita and Sylvain had an opportunity to share their dreams of "De Reiskocher" to RTL, one of the TV shows in Luxembourg called "Success Story". Sylvain, a community worker, and Tita, his Indonesian wife, want to bring the first Indonesian food truck to Luxembourg's streets.

In addition to the truck, a catering service is also intended to promote Indonesian cuisine and culture in the country. The sympathetic couple, who have been married for 9 years, complement each other perfectly. While Sylvain takes over more of the organizational and financial part, “Tita” takes care of everything that goes on in the kitchen and conjures up with extraordinary skill very exceptional dishes from meat to vegetarian and vegan.
